If you’re an adult women who feels anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in your head, even when things look “fine” on the outside? I’ve got you. Many of the women I work with are extremely capable, and can manage all the things, but are extremely hard on themselves. They’re tired of carrying so much internally.
Therapy with me is a safe place to finally put words to what’s been happening inside your mind. We’ll pay attention to patterns, stress responses, and the ways your mind and body have learned to cope over time. And, if needed, we will use EMDR to process traumatic, painful memories.
As your body and mind to feel safer and more regulated, anxiety often eases and it becomes easier to trust yourself and feel more at ease in your relationships and daily life.
My approach is compassionate, caring, and collaborative. It’s not a one size fits all type of therapy. I care about creating a space that feels supportive where change happens in a way that lasts.
