Anxiety can feel so exhausting.

You may look calm on the outside. You go to class, to work. You take care of responsibilities. You show up for people. But inside, your mind rarely slows down.

You replay conversations. You anticipate worst-case scenarios. You struggle to relax even when nothing is wrong. Your body feels tense, restless, or on edge. It’s so exhausting.

You might call it stress. You might just think you’re super busy and this is just how life is. You might call it overthinking. But often, it’s anxiety.

If anxiety feels like it’s quietly running your life, an Anxiety Reset Intensive, or a focused reset and skill building session may offer the focused support you’ve been needing.

What is an anxiety intensive?

What Is a Therapy Intensive?

A therapy intensive is a structured, extended session designed to create meaningful progress in a short amount of time. Instead of meeting for 50 minutes each week, we spend focused time together allowing your nervous system to settle, patterns to emerge, and new tools to be practiced in real time. Intensives are intentional. They are deep. They are often transformative.

Before any intensive, we meet for a required 50-minute intake session on a separate day to understand your history, goals, and ensure this format is a good fit for you.

Who This Is For

This intensive is designed for women experiencing:

• tons of worries
• Overthinking conversations, or decisions
• Difficulty relaxing, always feeling on edge
• Fear of uncertainty
• Physical anxiety symptoms (tight chest, racing heart, tension)
• avoidance
• “High-functioning” anxiety
• Nervous system exhaustion

Whether you’re in college, early career, parenting, midlife transitions, or navigating relationship stress anxiety can show up in similar ways. This work meets you where you are.
