Anxiety reset intensives for women in Waco, Texas.
When anxiety feels constant, a focused reset can help you slow down and feel more in control again.
Anxiety can feel so exhausting.
You may look calm on the outside. You show up for work, school, responsibilities, and other people. But inside, your mind rarely slows down.
You replay conversations, anticipate worst-case scenarios, and find it hard to fully relax even when nothing is wrong. Your body might feel tense, restless, or constantly on edge and over time, it can feel exhausting to keep holding it all together.
You might call it stress, overthinking, or just “how you are,” but often, this is anxiety.
If anxiety feels like it’s quietly running your life, the Anxiety Reset Intensive offers a focused, structured space to slow down and begin shifting those patterns.
What Is a Therapy Intensive?
A therapy intensive is a longer, structured session designed to support deeper progress in a more focused amount of time.
Instead of spreading work out week by week, we meet in an extended session so your nervous system has time to settle, patterns become clearer, and we can work more intentionally with what’s showing up for you.
Before scheduling an intensive, we meet for a required 50-minute intake session. This helps us understand your history, goals, and make sure this format is the right fit for you.
Who This Is For
This intensive is designed for women who feel like anxiety is always running in the background of their life.
You might experience:
Constant overthinking or worry
Difficulty relaxing or feeling “on edge” most of the time
Fear of uncertainty or needing to stay in control
Physical symptoms like tightness, racing heart, or restlessness
Avoidance of situations that feel overwhelming
Feeling functional on the outside but exhausted internally
“High-functioning” anxiety that others don’t always see
This can show up in college, early career, parenting, relationships, or major life transitions. While circumstances differ, the underlying patterns often feel familiar.
What Happens in an Anxiety Reset Intensive
The Anxiety Reset Intensive is a 3-hour, in-depth session designed to help you understand your anxiety at a deeper level while also giving you practical tools to begin feeling better right away.
This is a structured, supportive space where we work with both your mind and your nervous system in real time, not just talking about anxiety, but actively working with it.
During this session, we may:
Map your anxiety cycle and patterns
Identify triggers, beliefs, and avoidance patterns
Explore how anxiety shows up in your body and thoughts
Understand what your nervous system is trying to protect you from
Practice grounding and regulation tools together in session
Work with moments of anxiety as they arise in real time
Create a personalized Anxiety Action Plan
Develop strategies you can continue using after the session
You’ll leave with more clarity, practical tools, and a better understanding of how your system responds to stress, not just insight, but direction. This work is supportive, paced with care, and always guided by what feels manageable for you.
